He told us everything that needed to be done to the vehicle before the service was performed and he called to let us know when it was ready. They also washed the car, which was a bonus I wasn’t expecting. Brian Beard in sales also took care of us while we waited. Offering us test a test drive to give us something to do in the meantime. Everyone there was very polite and professional and I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a BMW purchase or for service. ”
